Melissa has been with the practice since 2012. She takes care of the clinic as a whole. She is here to look after our patients, doctors and staff right from start to finish. She keeps everything running smoothly in the background so our doctors and staff can give our patients the care and attention they deserve. She is also currently completing an MBA to further enhance her skills and enable her to utilise them to make the clinic more efficient and effective. She is very knowledgeable about all of our skincare products and services and is always happy to answer any enquiries.

Charlotte Yeh

Office Manager

Charlotte has been an essential part of our team since 2016. Her previous office manager experience at an osteopath clinic has proven invaluable in keeping her finger on the pulse of Austin’s operations. Charlotte liaises with doctors and other healthcare providers, assists our practice manager, Melissa, with admin duties, oversees daily front desk operations and handles reception duties, too. She is passionate about compassionate care and works tirelessly to provide exceptional service to each Austin Clinic patient…the best part of her job, she says.

Tracey Fleming

Clinical Assistant / Receptionist

Tracey has perfected her patient-focused skills as a clinical assistant/clinician during more than two decades with Austin Clinic. She is experienced in traditional skin care treatments such as microdermabrasion, as well as pioneering techniques including Vivace and HydraFacial. She is extremely knowledgeable and enjoys sharing what she knows with others.

Jude Hamer

Clinical Assistant

An RN with a passion for skin health and beauty, Jude Hamer is an exceptional clinical assistant for the Austin Clinic practice. She is a wonderful communicator and facilitates essential connections between our team, doctors and their patients, and (of course) family members. She is also one of our wonderful skin clinicians. She is well versed in all our skincare products and skin treatments so you know you are always in good hands with her. Away from the clinic, Jude is active in community charities on the Northern Beaches.

Ivana Ben

Dermal Therapist

Ivana has over 20 years’ experience as a dermal therapist, a specialty field, in the world of skin health and beauty. She has worked with plastic surgeons, helping patients care for their skin needs pre- and post-surgery. Ivana is gifted at managing skin concerns from acne through to anti-ageing and everything in between. She takes pride in tailoring treatment programs to suit each individual patient, providing non-surgical and dermal therapy treatments to rejuvenate skin. There is nothing about skin that Ivana doesn’t know…or can’t find out when needed.

Georgia Granter

Medical Receptionist

Georgia’s smile is the first thing patients see when they visit Austin Clinic. As one of our dedicated medical receptionists, Georgia is the initial point of contact for everyone, either in person or on the phone.

Before joining our team, Georgia worked in a variety of administrative and artistic roles. She has been a bridal stylist and a costume maker for the ballet.

Georgia’s goal is to help patients get answers to their questions and find both the right treatments and the most appropriate team members to work with, all while juggling the schedules of our doctors and nurses. A Balgowlah native, Georgia knows the area well and loves its people.
