How does ULTRAcel Q+ Work?
ULTRAcel Q+ uses a technology known as HIFU. Originally created to treat cancers and tumours, it promotes collagen regeneration by raising skin temperature.
What happens during an ULTRAcel Q+ treatment?
A thorough skin examination, along with a discussion of each patient’s medical and aesthetic needs, begins the process. For the treatment, heat is applied for the appropriate amount of time to the treatment area. You may feel a slight tingling or swelling. A topical anaesthetic can be provided to patients with sensitive skin, although most do not require it.
How long does the treatment take?
A face and neck treatment with ULTRAcel Q+ takes approximately 8–10 minutes. A partial body treatment can be completed in approximately 15–30 minutes.
Is there any downtime after an ULTRAcel Q+ treatment?
The treatment is virtually pain-free. Your skin may feel slightly sunburned for a few days, but there should be no other after-effects.
How quickly will I see ULTRAcel Q+ results?
Skin is smoother, lifted, and tighter following the first treatment. Improvements reach their peak after approximately four weeks. Benefits continue for up to six months and can be enhanced with additional treatments.
How often do I need ULTRAcel Q+ treatments to achieve my goals?

We recommend you wait until you have completed your treatment series with ULTRAcel Q+ before receiving dermal filler or anti-wrinkle injections.
Is ULTRAcel Q+ safe?
In the hands of a well-trained, experienced medical professional, ULTRAcel Q+ treatments are considered safe. They are not recommended for you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It should also be avoided if you have a pacemaker, or metal plate implants in the treatment area.
